It has been narrated from the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) that saying “La Huwal wa La Quwa al-Ballah al-‘Ali al-‘Azeem” is a medicine that cures ninety-nine diseases, the easiest of which is sorrow, and the meaning of this word is that there is no power or force except the will of Merciful Allah.
It relieves disaster
It was narrated from Imam Sadiq (AS) that he said: Whenever you offer the morning and evening prayers, say it seven times: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful And leprosy, and not seventy kinds of plagues.
Imam Sadegh (AS) is quoted as saying that the Prophet (PBUH) said: Whoever turns to poverty, should say this dhikr a lot: La Huwal wa La Quwa al-Ballah.

Ismail Ibn Abdul Khaliq says: “a man from the companions of the Prophet (PBUH) arrived at his service late and then came to him.
The Messenger of God (PBUH) said to him: What took you late? He said: Illness and poverty.
The prophet (PBUH) said: Shall I not teach you a prayer by which God removes sickness and poverty from you? He said: sure, O Messenger of Allah.
The Prophet (PBUH) asked him to say ‘La Huwal wa La Quwa al-Ballah al-‘Ali al-Azeem,’ and trust in Him who does not die, and praise be to Allah who does not have a child or a partner in the kingdom.
لا حول و لا قوة الا بالله العلى العظیم ، توکلت على الحى الذى لا یموت و الحمد لله الذى لم یتخذ (صاحبة و لا) ولدا و لم یکن له شریک فى الملک و لم یکن له ولى من الذل و کبره تکبیرا.»
A few days later, he returned to the prophet (PBUH) and said: O Messenger of God, God took away my illness and poverty.”
It helps you receive blessings of Allah
According to Imam Reza (AS), whoever says Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim, La Huwal wa La Quwa al-Ballah al-‘Ali al-Azeem, a hundred times after the morning prayer will come closer to blessings of Almighty Allah.
It protects you from diseases
